Usability of the iPhone

A great article by Bruce Tognazzini of the Neisen Norman Group about the iPhone UI. Its particular brand of genius (not the individual bits that are all old news but 'the genius of the whole') and what he hates about it.

The Tognazzi article is here (my fave line so far - I have yet to get my hands on an iPhone—frustrating! (You can imagine Bill Gates's frustration.  He probably has a cadre of engineers ready to take it apart, put it back together with a couple of screws missing, and paint it brown.)
